- Assignment Length: 13 weeks, with potential extension
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,050 – $4,720
- Setting: Main Surgery Department (7 ORs), Adjacent Surgi-Center (4 ORs), 2 GI treatment rooms, Bronchoscopy room, Cath lab
- Case Mix / Procedures: ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatrics, robotic cases, urology, vascular (no CT or Neuro)

Job Requirements (CRNA Qualifications)
- Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential; Washington state licensure or eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical CRNA experience
- Board certified or board eligible
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
- Experience with adult and pediatric anesthesia cases
- Proficiency with spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques
- Comfort managing trauma and obstetrical cases
- Strong airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and acute resuscitation skills
- Familiarity with EHR documentation and perioperative workflow preferred
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a broad range of procedures (general, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, GYN, urology, vascular)
- Perform pre-op patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and conduct post-anesthesia follow-up
- Manage airway, hemodynamics, and acute volume/BP issues during perioperative period
- Administer spinal, epidural, and extremity blocks for operative and postoperative pain control
- Support care in multiple procedural areas including ORs, GI suites, bronchoscopy, and cath lab as needed
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team model under medical supervision to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to patient safety protocols, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives
