- Case Volume: Approximately 10–15 cases
Job Requirements
- Current RN and CRNA credentials required
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Experience in an ASC, outpatient surgery, or surgical setting preferred
- Background in critical care, emergency medicine, or recovery settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for surgical patients in an ambulatory surgery center
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
- Administer, monitor, and adjust anesthesia throughout procedures
- Manage airway needs and respond appropriately to changing patient conditions
- Support patient recovery and post-anesthesia care
- Respond to emergencies with sound clinical judgment and composure
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and clinical team members to promote safe, high-quality patient care
- Follow regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards in daily practice
