• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,660 - $8,070
• Location: Lexington, KY 40536 — Kentucky CRNA jobs; work in the Bluegrass Region near horse farms, parks, dining, and cultural attractions
• Practice Setting: Hospital – Level 1 Trauma Center (hospital CRNA, trauma anesthesia)
• Contract Length: 26 weeks (option to extend) — locum tenens travel CRNA opportunity
• Start Date: August 17, 2026 (flexible after August)
• Shift: 4x10-hour days (07:00 - 17:30), full-time
• Patient Census: 1–9 patients/day, all age spans except neonatal
• EMR: Epic preferred (Epic EMR experience beneficial)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) — NBCRNA board certification required
• Active Kentucky state license preferred (open to licensing applicants)
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a large medical center (no new grads)
• Level 1 trauma experience required (trauma anesthesia experience)
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)

Responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia and perioperative anesthesia care for Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro cases (no cardiac or OB cases)
• Perform airway management including intubation, and invasive monitoring including arterial and central line placement
• Participate in NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia) cases as required
• Collaborate with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents as part of a multidisciplinary anesthesia team
• Deliver patient-centered anesthesia care across pediatric to geriatric populations (excluding neonatal)
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic EMR and follow hospital anesthesia protocols
