Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA); pediatric experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent nursing degree)
• Active RN license in Kentucky (or compact RN license valid in KY)
• Current national CRNA certification
• Hospital and/or payer credentialing completed prior to start

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care to pediatric patients across perioperative and acute care settings
• Perform preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative evaluation
• Emphasize disease prevention, health promotion, and safe anesthesia practices
• Diagnose, prescribe treatment plans, manage and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Serve as an educator, clinical resource, interdisciplinary consultant, and patient advocate for children and families
