Job Details:

Location: Huntington, IN (Northeast Indiana)
PRN Dates: April 15, May 27, June 17, July 8, Aug 5, Sept 9, Oct 21, Nov 25, Dec 9, 23. Future dates TBD
Schedule: 7:00am-3:00pm. Wednesday coverage only for Podiatry cases
Call: None

Case Types Include:

Endoscopy
OB/GYN
Pediatrics
General Surgery
Orthopedics
Podiatry (on Wednesdays)

Additional Details:

Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks
No supervision required
EMR: EPIC
Board Certification in Anesthesiology required
