Job Details – Locum Anesthesiologist (Fort Worth, Texas)
- Assignment Length: 3–6 months with possibility of extension
- Start Date: July 6, 2026
- Shifts per Week: 5 (8-hour day shifts)
- Schedule: No call, no weekends; full-time coverage required
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,980 – $10,520 (competitive locum tenens pay)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (credentialing assistance available)
- EMR: Epic

Job Requirements – Anesthesiologist Jobs
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an anesthesiologist; locum tenens experience a plus
- Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
- Current and unrestricted medical license for Texas or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques, including peripheral nerve blocks and spinals
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills in perioperative settings
- Comfortable using Epic EMR for documentation and communication
Responsibilities – Anesthesiology Duties
- Provide perioperative anesthesia care across a range of cases: orthopedics, orthopedic spine, general surgery, gynecologic surgery, urology, GI, minor vascular, and breast surgery
- Perform regional anesthesia and neuraxial techniques (blocks, spinals) for surgical patients
- Medical direction of anesthesia care team when required
- Collaborate with surgeons, OR nurses, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic EMR and communicate effectively during handoffs
